Անրի Վերնոյի ծննդյան 100-ամյակին նվիրված հոբելյանական միջոցառմանը մասնակցելու նպատակով Փարիզ կատարած այցի շրջանակում սեպտեմբերի 30-ին ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարար Ռոզելին Բաշլոյի հետ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր: ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը կարևորել է երկու բարեկամական երկրների համագործակցությունը և վստահություն հայտնել, որ մշակույթի բնագավառներում համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու հնարավորությունները կնպաստեն երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը և խորացմանը՝ ստեղծելով նոր հնարավորություններ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու համար:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Արցախի Հանրապետության մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության ոլորտում համագործակցությանը: Վահրամ Դումանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել 2020 թվականին Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծած պատերազմի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության ներքո անցած տարածքներում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության վերաբերյալ մտահոգությունը կիսելու և այդ հարցում աջակցելու պատրաստակամության համար:

Քննարկվել են նաև մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման և ժամանակակից արվեստի ոլորտում համագործակցային ծրագրեր իրականացնելու, մշակույթի ոլորտի մասնագետների վերապատրաստման, մշակութային համատեղ միջոցառումների կազմակերպման հնարավորությունները: Խոսվել է նաև Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև մշակութային համագործակցության փաստաթղթի մշակման և ստորագրման մասին:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարար Ռոզելին Բաշլոյին հրավիրել է Հայաստան` հայ-ֆրանսիական մշակութային համագործակցությունը երկարաժամկետ ու տեսանելի ծրագրերով համալրելու ուղղությամբ քննարկումները շարունակելու և տեղում առարկայացնելու համար:
