2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 01:43-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Հաղթանակ թաղամասի Ամառանոցային փողոցում գտնվող տներից մեկի հյուրին ավտոմեքենան կայանելու համար դանակահարել են:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեից:

Բժշկական կենտրոնի համապատասխան մատյանի զննման արձանագրության համաձայն, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 01:40-ին, «Կրծքավանդակի առաջին պատի կտրած-ծակած» վերքով բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 46-ամյա տղամարդու դին:

Նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն՝ վերոնշյալ տղամարդու մահվան և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Կատարված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1975 թվականին: Ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Երևան քաղաքի հիշյալ փողոցում ավտոմեքենայի կայանման հարցի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում տղամարդը դանակով դիտավորությամբ հարվածել է հարևանի հյուրի կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի առաջային պատին, որի արդյունքում վերջինս հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացել է:

Երևանի 46-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
