Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ԱՀ պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը և Առողջապահության նախարար Միքայել Հայրիյանը այցելել են Ստեփանակերտի Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոն և Ստեփանակերտի Կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալ՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու հոկտեմբերի 14-ի երեկոյան ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության արևելյան սահմանագոտում տեղակայված ՊԲ մարտական հենակետի ուղղությամբ արձակված կրակոցներից հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած վեց զինծառայողների առողջական վիճակին:Ստեփանակերտի Կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալի պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Ջալավյանը «Արցախպրես»֊ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ զինծառայողներից երկուսի վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր կայուն, սակայն կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում, երկուսի վիճակը գնահատվում է միջին ծանրության, իսկ երկուսինը՝ բավարար:

Բուժումները ստանում են համապատասխան բաժանմունքներում և հիվանդասենյակներում:
 
ԱՀ պետնախարարը մեզ հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ այն ապատեղեկատվությանը, թե զինծառայողների շրջանում զոհ ունենք, և կոչ արեց հանրությանը զերծ մնալ նմանատիպ կեղծ լուրեր տարածելուց:
«Բարեբախտաբար, զոհեր չունենք:
 
Սկզբնական շրջանում զինծառայողներից երկուսի վիճակը անհասկանալի էր:
 
Ժամանակին կարողացել են հիվանդանոց հասցնել նրանց, և վիճակը կայունացնել:
 
Որևէ դիրքային կորուստ չենք ունեցել, ուղղակի հարվածը եղել է մեր հենակետի ուղղությամբ:
 
Հենակետը նույնպես գտնվում է մեր զինծառայողների վերահսկողության տակ» ,- նշել է Ա. Բեգլարյանը:

ԱՀ Մարդու իրավուքնների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանի խոսքով՝ միջադեպը պետք է դիտարկել որպես ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ագրեսիվ պահվածք, լկտի վերաբերմունք Արցախի խաղաղ բնակավայրի նկատմամբ: «Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, որն արձանագրվում է հրադադարի հաստատումից հետո. նմանատիպ դեպքեր եղել են, սակայն ոչ վերջինիս ծավալով։ Բազմիցս հայտարարություններ արվել են, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական դիրքերը հանվեն խաղաղ բնակավայրերի մոտակայքից, քանի որ դրանք ամենաիրական ու անմիջական սպառնալիք են հանդիսանում խաղաղ բնակչության համար: Պետք է հստակ մեխանիզմներ ներդնել հետագայում նման միջադեպերից խուսափելու համար: Կոնկրետ այս դեպքում պետք է հստակեցվի, թե ով է մեղավորը, ինչ գործողություններ են ձեռնարկել և ինչ գործողություններ պետք է ձեռնարկել նրանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար»,- ընդգծել է Գ. Ստեփանյանը:

Մարդու իրավուքնների պաշտպանի համոզմամբ՝ աշխարհի պետությունները Արցախի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերած անտարբերությամբ ուղղակի խորտակում են միջազգային իրավունքի հանրաճանաչ դրույթները և սնանկացնում են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության օրակարգը և ձևավորված աբողջական իրավական բազզան:
