Աֆղանստանում իշխանությունը զավթած «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժման անդամներն արձագանքել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքից «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկիչների Աֆղանստան ներթափանցման մասին հայտարարությանը:

«Մերձավոր Արևելքից Աֆղանստան հասնելը բավականին դժվար է: Դժվար թե «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկիչներին դա հաջողվի», - ասել է թալիբների ներկայացուցիչների խոսնակը: Նա ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ արմատականները թույլ չեն տա երկրի տարածքում ԻՊ-ի գործունեության զարգացում:
