«Հայաստան» դաշինքը հայտարարություն է տարածել այսօր Հայաստանի մի շարք բնակավայրերում՝ այդ թվում Գորիսում կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ։

Հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Այսօր Գորիսում տեղի ունեցող ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները մեկ անգամ ևս ապացույցն են այն բանի, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գնալով խորանում է բռնատիրական ռեժիմը, և սեփական իշխանությունը պահելու, քաղաքական նպատակահարմարության հիվանդագին մոլուցքով տարված իշխանությունները պատրաստ են ամեն տեսակի անօրինականությունների։

Գորիս համայնքում ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես եկող «Առուշ Առուշանյան» դաշինքի նկատմամբ իրականացվող բռնաճնշումների, ոստիկանական ուժերի մասշտաբային ներգրավման, վարչական ռեսուրսների համատարած չարաշահման անթաքույց վարքագիծը մեկ անգամ ևս բացահայտում են իշխանության ոչ ժողովրդավարական և ապազգային դեմքը։

Արձանագրվող համատարած խախտումներն ու ապօրինությունները՝ այդ թվում ոստիկանական հոծ ուժերի կողմից «Առուշ Առուշանյան» դաշինքի շտաբի ներխուժումը, արդեն իսկ անազատության մեջ գտնվող Ա․ Առուշանյանի հոր նկատմամբ հետապնդումը գնահատում ենք, որպես քաղաքական ահաբեկչություն, ընտրության բուն ընթացքում համայնքի խաղաղ բնակչության վրա հոգեբանական ճնշումներ գործադրելու քստմնելի և դատապարտելի վարքագիծ։

Այս և արձանագրված մի շարք խախտումներ, որոնք արձանագրվել էին նաև համապետական ընտրությունների ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև տեղ են գտել այլ համայնքներում գալիս են հաստատելու, որ ներկա իշխանությունները Սյունիքում չունենալով հանրային հենարան՝ դիմում են համատարած խախտումների և ապօրինությունների, ձևավորելու իշխանության վարած ապազգային քաղաքական կուրսին հպատակ և հլու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններ։

Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, իրավապաշտպան կառույցների ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում այս հակասահմանադրական ընթացքի վրա և հայտարարում, որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը հետևողական է լինելու երկրում սահմանադրականությունը վերականգնելու և իրավունքի գերակայություն հաստատելու հարցում»։
