Առողջապահության նախարարությունը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկություն է հրապարակել այն մասին, որ հղիների և պտղի համար COVID-19-ը կարող է լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացնել։

«Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայության վիճակագրության տվյալների համաձայն` COVID-19-ով ծանր հիվանդներից յուրաքանչյուր վեցերորդը չպատվաստված հղի է:

Ծառայության տվյալներով` 2021 թվականի հուլիսից սեպտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում COVID-19-ով վարակված և ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմունքում հայտնված 118 հիվանդից 20-ը, ովքեր արտամարմնային թաղանթային օքսիգենացիայի կարիք են ունեցել, ապագա մայրիկներ են եղել:

Նրանցից 19-ը պատվաստված չեն եղել, մյուսները` 1 դեղաչափ:

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայության այս տվյալներն ապացուցում են այն մտավախությունները, որ հղի կանանց և պտղի համար COVID-19-ը կարող է լուրջ վտանգ ներկայացնել:

Իսրայելի բժիշների մեկ այլ հետազոտության համաձայն` հղիության վերջին փուլերում հիվանդությունը վտանգավոր է ապագա մայրիկների և երեխայի համար, և COVID-19 հաստատված հղիների ծննդալուծումն ավելի շատ բարդություններով է ուղեկցվում, քան առողջ ծննդկանների դեպքում:

Մասնագետները մտահոգված են չպատվաստված ապագա մայրերի ցուցանիշով՝ այն անհիմն մտավախությունների ֆոնին, որոնք հաճախ հակապատվաստումային արշավների հետևանք են:

Մեկ այլ` «Maternal-Fetal and Neonatal Medicine» ամսագրում օրերս հրապարակված փաստերը ցույց են տալիս, որ COVID-19-ով վարակված կանայք հղիության ընթացքում և ծննդաբերելուց հետո ավելի հակված են գեստացիոն դիաբետի, լեյկոցիտների քանակի նվազման և շնչառական խնդիրների:

Իսրայելական «Mayanei Hayeshua» բժշկական կենտրոնի 2471 կանանց հետազոտության արդյունքները վկայում են, որ հիվանդությունը կարող է նաև շնչառական խնդիրներ առաջացնել նորածինների նոտ:

Հղիության 3-րդ եռամսյակում գտնվող հղիների բժշկական քարտերի ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ վարակված հղիների մեկ երրորդն (33%) ունեցել է հիվանդության ախտանշաններ, և հենց այս խմբում են եղել ամենածանր բարդությունները, որոնց հավանականությունը 20%-ով ավելի բարձր է, քան քովիդ բացասական հղիների շրջանում:
