Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը րոպեներ առաջ հրապարակել է 2014 թվականին Ադրբեջանում գերեվարված և խոշտանգված՝ Տավուշի մարզի Վերին Կարմիրաղբյուր գյուղի բնակիչ Մամիկոն Խոջոյանի և Չինարի գյուղի բնակիչ Կարեն Պետրոսյանի գործերով վճիռները:

Եվրադատարանը ճանաչել է, որ Բաքուն խախտել է հայ գերիների կյանքի իրավունքը, խոշտանգումներից, խտրականությունից զերծ մնալու, ազատության, անձնական անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքները:

ՄԻԵԴ-ը պարտավորեցրել է Բաքվին յուրաքանչյուր գործով վճարել 40 հազարական եվրո:

Հիշեցնենք՝ 77-ամյա Մամիկոն Խոջոյանը գերեվարվել էր 2014-ի հունվարին, երկու ամիս անց՝ մարտի 4-ին, նա Հայաստան էր վերադարձվել, որոշ ժամանակ անց՝ մահացել: Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը ցույց էր տվել, որ Խոջոյանի մահվան պատճառը եղել է օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր ինտոքսիկացիան:

Կարեն Պետրոսյանը 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին էր մոլորվել, հատել սահմանը, հայտնվել ադրբեջանական գյուղում: Կարճ ժամանակ անց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը նրան ձերբակալել էր, հաջորդ օրը հայտարարել, որ նա մահացել է սրտի կաթվածից:

Բաքուն Կարեն Պետրոսյանի աճյունը հայկական կողմին էր փոխանցել 2014-ի հոկտեմբերին՝ փորձելով թաքցնել բռնության հետքերը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք՝ ՄԻԵԴ-ը նոյեմբերի 4-ին կհրապարակի 2014-ին Ադրբեջանում դաժանորեն սպանված Կարեն Պետրոսյանի գործով վճիռը:
