ԱՄՆ 5-րդ շրջանի Վերաքննիչ դատարանը որոշում է ընդունել, որով չեղարկել է Սպիտակ տան ընդունած որոշումը՝ խոշոր կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցներին կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պարտադիր պատվաստման մասով: Այս մասին հայտնում է Տեխաս նահանգի գլխավոր դատասխազն իր Թվիթերյան էջում:

Ավելի վաղ Սպիտակ տունը հայտարարել էր, որ երկրում գործող բոլոր կազմակերպությունները, որոնք ունեն 100-ից ավել աշխատակից, պարտավոր են կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստել բոլոր աշխատակիցներին մինչև 2022 թվականի հունվարի 4-ը: Շաբաթ օրը ԱՄՆ 5-րդ շրջանի Վերաքննիչ դատարանի կողմից չեղարկվել է Սպիտակ տան վերոնշյալ  որոշումը: Դատարանն իր որոշման հիմքում դրել է  օրենսդրական և սահմանադրական լրջագույն հարցեր:

Այս կերպ խոշոր կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցներին պարտադիր պատվաստելու մասին ընդունած որոշումն ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվել, մինչև կլինի դատարանի կողմից ընդունված այլ որոշում այս մասով:
