Նոյեմբերի 14-ը դիաբետի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օրն է: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։

«ԵՊԲՀ «Մուրացան» համալսարանական հիվանդանոցում Հայաստանում միակ մանկական էնդոկրին բաժանմունքում ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում տարեկան ավելի քան 600 երեխա:

Ամբողջ հանրապետությունում էնդոկրին համակարգի հետ խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաները ամբուլատոր սպասարկվում են հենց համալսարանական հիվանդանոցում:

Դիաբետի դեմ պայքարը չի սահմանափակվում միայն մեկ օրով, այն հետևողական աշխատանք է, որում կարևորվում է հանրության տեղեկացվածության բարձրացումը:

Մասնագետները շարունակական աշխատանք են իրականացնում բուժման նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ու մեթոդների կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ:

Նշենք, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ը՝ որպես դիաբետի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օր, հենց այնպես չի ընտրված, այն յուրօրինակ խորհուրդ ունի. ինսուլինի հայտնագործման համահեղինակը կանադացի ազգային հերոս հռչակված, տաղանդավոր բժիշկ-գիտնական Ֆրեդերիկ Բանտինգն է, ում ծննդյան օրն էլ հենց հռչակվել է այդ հիվանդության դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրը:

Շաքարային դիաբետի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օրվա տարբերանշանը կապույտ շրջանն է՝ հիվանդության համաշխարհային խորհրդանիշը:

2021-2023 թվականների համար սահմանվել է Դիաբետի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օրվա թեման՝ «Դիաբետի խնամքի հասանելիությունը»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
