Ադրբեջանը զրահատեխնիկայով ներխուժել է ՀՀ տարածք

Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ հայտնելով, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ին ժամը 13.00-ի սահմաններում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծի արեւելյան տեղամասերից մեկում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները զրահատեխնիկայի աջակցությամբ ներխուժել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք: Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զինտեխնիկան եւ զորքը բանակցությունների արդյունքում դուրս են եկել ՀՀ տարածքից, ՀՀ ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումները դուրս են բերվել վերոնշյալ չորս մարտական դիրքերից:

«Ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ գործողությունների հետեւանքով Հայաստանի ԶՈւ չորս մարտական դիրքեր հայտնվել էին շրջափակման մեջ: ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զինտեխնիկան եւ զորքը բանակցությունների արդյունքում դուրս են եկել ՀՀ տարածքից, ՀՀ ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումները դուրս են բերվել վերոնշյալ չորս մարտական դիրքերից: Այնուամենայնիվ՝ նշված հատվածում շարունակում են ծավալված մնալ դեռեւս ս/թ մայիսին ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժած ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներ:

Լուրերը, թե ՀՀ ԶՈւ վերադաս հրամանատարության կամ քաղաքական իշխանության կողմից դիմադրություն ցույց չտալու հրաման է արձակվել՝ իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անվտանգության խորհուրդը համապատասխան մարմիններին հանձնարարել է իրականացնել միջադեպի պատշաճ քննություն:

Անվտանգության խորհուրդը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության եւ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն է հրավիրում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շարունակական ագրեսիվ գործողությունների վրա եւ ընդգծում, որ այդ գործողություններն ուղղված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության եւ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ու կայունության դեմ, ինչպես նաեւ հակասում են 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթներին:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անվտանգության խորհուրդը արտահայտում է իշխանությունների եւ ժողովրդի վճռականությունը  հայրենիքի ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը եւ անկախությունը պաշտպանելու գործում:

Անդրադառնալով Գորիս-Կապան եւ Կապան-Ճակատեն ավտոճանապարհների՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող հատվածներին, հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ դրանք դեռեւս ԽՍՀՄ տարիների՝ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի սահմաններին վերաբերվող ուղղակի իրավական նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթերի համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում չեն գտնվում: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը միջոցներ է ձեռնարկել Սյունիքի մարզում այլընտրանքային ճանապարհների նոր ցանցի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ եւ այդ աշխատանքներն առաջիկայում ավարտին կհասցվեն: Հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության որեւէ բնակավայր կենսապահովման ճանապարհից զրկված չէ:
