Ռուս խաղաղապահներն ապահովում են Լաչինի միջանցքում և սահմանազատման գծի ողջ երկայնքով 27 դիտակետերում իրավիճակի եւ հրադադարի ռեժիմի շուրջօրյա հսկողությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն։

«Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը կատարում է տարբեր խնդիրներ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում, մասնավորապես՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի 27 դիտակետերում եւ սահմանազատման գծի ողջ երկայնքով հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմի հսկողությունը, մարդասիրական շարասյունների ուղեկցումը, քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ապահովումը, գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքի հումանիտար ականազերծման, ինչպես նաեւ խաղաղ բնակչության հումանիտար աջակցության ժամանակ»,-ասել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Վլադիմիր Պորտնովը։

Նոյեմբերին ռուս խաղաղապահներն ապահովել են մոտ 80 ավտոշարասյունների անվտանգ անցումը Լաչինի միջանցքով հյուսիսային եւ հարավային ուղղություններով։ Մոտ 500 ուխտավորներ այցելել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում գտնվող վանքեր եւ մշակութային ժառանգության վայրեր։

Հրադադարի ռեժիմը եւ իրավիճակը վերահսկելու նպատակով ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի շարժական խմբերը շփման գծի համաձայնեցված երթուղիներով իրականացրել են 90 պարեկություն, կատարել շուրջ 70 ուղեւորություն՝ ապահովելու գյուղատնտեսական եւ վերանորոգման աշխատանքների անվտանգությունը, ջուր մատակարարել Ստեփանակերտի, Ճարտարի, Բադարի, Այգեստանի, Մաճկալաշենի բնակչությանը։

Մարդասիրական արձագանքման ռուսական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչները բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների մասնակցությամբ իրականացրել են 8 մարդասիրական ակցիա, ավելի քան 10 տոննա մարդասիրական օգնություն է փոխանցվել հարկադիր տեղահանվածներին եւ կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին։

Ինժեներական և սակրավորական ստորաբաժանումների մասնագետները մինչ օրս ստուգել են 1937 շենք, մաքրել 683 կմ ճանապարհ եւ 2319 հեկտար տարածք, հայտնաբերել եւ ոչնչացրել 26 076 պայթուցիկ առարկա։

Խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հատուկ նշանակության բժշկական ստորաբաժանման բժիշկները որակյալ օգնություն են ցուցաբերել տեղի ավելի քան 800 բնակիչների։ Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի զինծառայողներն այս պահին ունեն բոլոր անհրաժեշտ պայմանները հարմարավետ կեցության եւ հատուկ ու խաղաղապահ առաջադրանքներ կատարելու համար։
