Իշխանությունն ինտենսիվ աշխատում է ընդդիմության վրա։ Խնդիր է դրված ԱԺ ընդդիմությունից ինչքան հնարավոր է ձայներ պոկել։ Աշխատում են բոլոր նրանց վրա, ովքեր ունեն բիզնեսներ, որը կարելի է խլել, ում նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործեր կան, կամ պաշտոնյա հարազատներ ունեն։ Ամենաինտենսիվն աշխատում են «Հայաստան» դաշինքի՝ բանտում գտնվող անդամների վրա․ Արմեն Չարչյան, Մխիթար Զաքարյան։ Առաջարկում են ազատություն՝ խմբակցությունից դուրս գալու դիմաց։
