Դատական նիստի ընթացքում կարճ ելույթ ունեցավ Առուշանյանը՝ նշելով, թե չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը։ «Ինձ առաջադրված մեղադրանքն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում»,-ասաց նա։
