Մինչ նոյեմբերի 26-ին Սոչիում Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումը և բանակցություններից հետո հայտարարության հրապարակումը, բոլորի համար ակնհայտ էր, որ հերթական ոչ հայանպաստ` կապիտուլյացիոն երկրորդ փաստաթուղթն է ստորագրվելու, որում հստակ սահմանագծվելու են դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտացիայի քայլերի հերթականությունը, որոնց արդյունքում Հայաստանը տարածքային կենսական և ռազմավարական նշանակության կորուստներ է ունենալու:

Բայց ինչպես նախկինում գրել էինք` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ փաստաթղթերը ստորագրելու այլ սցենար էր նախապատրաստել: Նա խուսափում և հրաժարվում էր հենց այդ օրը ստորագրել վերոնշյալ բովանդակությամբ փաստաթղթերը, քանի որ շատ լավ գիտակցում էր` դա լինելու էր իր իշխանության վերջը:

Եվ քանի որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար թիվ մեկ խնդիրը իր իշխանությունը, իր աթոռը պահելն է, նա այդ նույն կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթղթերը ստորագրելու համար ընտրել էր այլ եղանակ: Ըստ պայմանավորվածության` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սոչիում ստորագրում էր հասարակության լայն շերտերի ընկալման համար հնարավորինս «անատամ» մի հայտարարություն, որից հետո ՀՀ պաշտպանության և արտաքին գործերի նախարարների մակարդակով ստորագրվում են հիմնական պայմանագրերը: Այդպիսով, ըստ նրա` կարողանում է պահել իր իշխանությունը` գոնե որոշ ժամանակով մոլորեցնելով հանրային կարծիքը և իր միանձնյա պատասխանատվությունը փորձում է բաշխել այլոց, տվյալ դեպքում` այդ նախարարների վրա:

Մեր տեղեկություններով` ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն այս օրերին կոնկրետ փաստաթղթերի շուրջ Մոսկվայում բանակցություններ է վարել ռուսական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի հետ, և այդ փաստաթղթերով ու քննարկումների արդյունքներով շտապ վերադարձել է Հայաստան:

Ավելին, երեկ երեկոյան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված հանդիպում է անցկացրել իր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հիմնական կորիզ հանդիսացող կազմի հետ` ներկայացնելով Սոչիում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործման ճանապարհային քարտեզը, ստորագրման եղանակները:

Այսինքն` ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կստորագրի երկրորդ կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթը, պարզապես այս անգամ նա դա կանի այլ անձանց միջոցով: Ինչպես ամիսներ առաջ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը Ադրբեջանին տրամադրելու փաստաթուղթը ստորագրեց Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական ցուցումով, որի մասին նա վերջերս խոստովանեց ԱԺ-ում, նույն կերպ Հայաստանի կապիտուլյացիոն այս փաստաթղթերը կստորագրեն Սուրեն Պապիկյանն ու Արարատ Միրզոյանը:

Այդպիսով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին իր տված խոստումները կփորձի իրականացնել անաղմուկ` լայն հասարակության համար փակ և գաղտնի:
