Կրակոցներ են հնչել Աղավնատուն-Լեռնամերձ խճուղում. Նիսան-Տիանայի վարորդը եղել է կին, որը մահացել է: Դեպքով կա մեղադրյալ: ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Շահեն Վաղարշակյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, որ նա 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին` ժամը 20:36-ի սահմաններում Աղավնատուն-Լեռնամերձ խճուղում գործով չպարզված «ԱԿ 47» տեսակի կամ դրա մոդիֆիկացիայի մարտական ինքնաձիգով, խանդի շարժառիթով ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել է ընկերուհուն՝ Արաքսյա Ղոչիկյանին: Իսկ ինչն է եղել պատճառը:

 

Շահեն Վաղարշակյանը և Արաքսյա Ղոչիկյանը ծանոթացել են ՌԴ Մոսկվա քաղաքում՝ աշխատելով նույն խանութում, որտեղ միմյանց միջև ձևավորվել են մտերմիկ հարաբերություններ՝ աստիճանաբար վերաճելով փաստական ամուսնական հարաբերությունների: 2019թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսին Ա.Ղոչիկյանը և Շ.Վաղարշակյանը 3.200 ԱՄՆ դոլարով գնել են «Նիսսան Տիանա» մակնիշի, սպիտակ մարգարիտ գույնի ավտոմեքենա, որը գրանցվել է Շ.Վաղարշակյանի անունով:
2020թ. օգոստոս ամսին Ա.Ղոչիկյանը ծանոթացել և ընկերություն է արել Արմավիրի մարզի Առատաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ Հարություն Գևորգի Անդրիասյանի հետ, ով ցանկություն է հայտնել ամուսնանալ Ա.Ղոչիկյանի հետ: Շ.Վաղարշակյանը, տեղեկանալով վերջիններիս կապի մասին, լարված հարաբերությունների մեջ է գտնվել Ա.Ղոչիկյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում բազմիցս սպառնացել է Ա.Ղոչիկյանին՝ հայտնելով, որ պատրաստ է ամեն գնով հետ վերցնել իր անունով գրանցված վերոնշյալ ավտոմեքենան՝ նույնիսկ սպառնալով սպանել վերջինիս: 2020թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Շ.Վաղարշակյանը և Ա.Ղոչիկյանը վերոնշյալ հարցերը կարգավորելու համար պայմանավորվել են հանդիպել Աղավնատուն-Լեռնամերձ խճուղում: Ա.Ղոչիկյանն իր «Նիսսան Տիանա» մակնիշի 36 MS 890 հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով ժամը 20:36-ի սահմաններում ժամանել է նշված վայր, որտեղ Շ.Վաղարշակյանը խանդի և վրեժի շարժառիթով Ա.Ղոչիկյանին սպանելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ իր մոտ ապօրինի նախօրոք պահած, գործով չպարզված «ԱԿ 47» տեսակի կամ դրա մոդիֆիկացիայի մարտական ինքնաձիգից երկու անգամ կրակոց է արձակել, որոնցից մեկը դիպել է նշված ավտոմեքենայի հետին և դիմային աջ դռներին՝ առաջացնելով հետին աջակողմյան դռան, դրանից դեպի առաջ ուղղահայաց դիրքով տեղակայված մետաղական հենակի և առջևի աջ կողմի դռան վրա առկա միմյանց շարունակություն կազմող կույր բնույթի վնասվածքներ, որն ունեցել է հետևից առաջ, քիչ վերից վար և քիչ աջից ձախ ուղղություն։
