Դեկտեմբերի 8-ին համաձայնագիր է ստորագրվել «ՍՕՍ-Մանկական Գյուղեր» ՀԲՀ ազգային տնօրեն Սպարտակ Սարգսյանի և ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ ԲԲԸ Վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Անանյանի կողմից, որի  շրջանակում բանկը մեկ տարով կֆինանսավորի «Սիրիահայ ընտանիքների սոցիալ-տնտեսական ինտեգրումը Երևանում» ծրագրի երեխաների ցերեկային խնամքի ճաշարանը։

«ՍՕՍ-Մանկական Գյուղեր» ՀԲՀ-ի կողմից 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբեր ամսից մինչև 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամիսը իրականացվում է «Սիրիահայ ընտանիքների սոցիալ-տնտեսական ինտեգրումը Երևանում» ծրագիրը, որի նպատակն է նպաստել պատերազմի հետևանքով Սիրիայից ներգաղթած, Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում ապրող խոցելի սիրիահայ ընտանիքների սոցիալ-տնտեսական ինտեգրմանը հասարակության մեջ։ Ծրագրի անմիջական թիրախային խումբը բաղկացած է սիրիահայ թվով 400 խոցելի ընտանիքներից: Ծրագրի նպատակն է բարելավել շահառու ընտանիքների սոցիալ-հոգեբանական վիճակը, զարգացնել սիրիահայ ընտանիքների անդամների աշխատունակության հմտությունները, բարելավել սիրիահայ երեխաների կրթության մակարդակը և ապահովել նրանց ինտեգրումը հայկական կրթական համակարգում, իրազեկել սիրիահայ ընտանիքներին իրենց սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավունքների վերաբերյալ և ամրապնդել պետական մարմինների ու տեղական հասարակական կառույցների խոցելի խմբերի հետ աշխատելու հմտությունները:

Նպատակ ունենալով առավել դյուրին դարձնել ծրագրի մասնակիցների համար տնտեսական գործունեությունը և առավել արդյունավետ դարձնել բարձրորակ կրթության և խնամքի միջոցով երեխաների ինտեգրմանն աջակցման գործընթացը՝  հիմնադրամը ծրագրի շրջանակներում հիմնել է ցերեկային խնամքի կենտրոն` երկու խմբով` ընդհանուր 50 երեխաների համար. (նախադպրոցական տարիքի 3-6 տարեկան թվով 20 երեխաների և դպրոցական տարիքի 7-11 տարեկան թվով 30 երեխաների համար)։
