Թուրքիայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելը բխում է Հայաստանի սեփական շահերից. Էդուարդ Աղաջանյան

Դեռ որոշված չէ, թե ով է լինելու Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման նպատակով ՀՀ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին, լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը. «Խոսքը գնում է Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների սկիզբ դնելու մասին, և դա չի նշանակում, որ Հայաստանը հրաժարվում է իր առանցքային և պետական շահերից, հակառակը՝ այդ հարաբերությունների հաստատումը բխում է Հայաստանի սեփական շահերից: Ցավոք այս ժամանակահատվածը մեզ չի հերիքի թվելու այն դրական կողմերը, որոնք Հայաստանը ձեռք կբերի այդ հարաբերությունների հաստատումից, իհարկե կշահի նաև Թուրքիան»:

Անդրադառնալով առանց նախապայմանների Թուրքիայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների սկիզբ դնելուն, Աղաջանյանն ասաց. «Վերջին 30 տարիներին Թուրքիայի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները բարդ են եղել: Թուրքիան՝ Արցախի հիմնախնդրով պայմանավորված, մշտապես նախապայմաններ է դրել Հայաստանի առջև՝ որևէ հարաբերություն հաստատելու տեսանկյունից: Այս համատեքստում տրամաբանական է, որ Հայաստանը առաջ է քաշում այն թեզը, որ այդ հարաբերությունների սկիզբը պետք է լիլնի առանց որևէ նախապայմանի»:

Հարցին, թե կհրաժարվի նախապայմաններից արդյոք Թուրքիան, Աղաջանյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը ունի Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատման պատմություն․ «Հետևաբար նման գործընթացի մեջ մտնելիս Հայաստանը բոլոր ռիսկերը հաշվի առնելով է մասնակցում այդ գործընթացին»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանը, ինչպես մշտապես նախկինում, այնպես էլ այժմ, պատրաստ է Թուրքիայի հետ առանց նախապայմանների հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանն ուղղված գործընթացին, ինչն արձանագրված է ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրում։

«Այս առումով դրական ենք գնահատում Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի` հարաբերությունների կարգավորման նպատակով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ նշանակելու մասին հայտարարությունը, և հաստատում, որ հայկական կողմը ևս երկխոսության համար հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ կնշանակի»,- հայտարարել էր ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը։
