ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն այսօր ընդունել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ Արևելյան Եվրոպայի, Կովկասի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների հարցերով քաղաքական տնօրեն Մաթիաս Լյութենբերգին ու Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վիկտոր Ռիխտերին: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը:

Արման Թաթոյանը կոնկրետ օրինակներով ու փաստերով ներկայացրել է ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների կողմից Հայաստանի սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումները։

Նա նշել է, որ 2020թ. նոյեմբերից սկսած ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները նոր պատերազմի սպառնալիքի ներքո՝ առանց որևէ հիմքի Գեղարքունիքում և Սյունիքում հայտնվել են գյուղերի հարևանությամբ և Սյունիքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին: Բացի այն, որ տեղի են ունենում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներ գրեթե ամեն օր, ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներն անօրինական արգելափակել են Սյունիքում Գորիս-Կապան և Կապան-Ճակատեն ճանապարհները: Արդյունքում՝ ճանապարհներին հարակից գյուղերը հայտնվել են մեկուսացման և հումանիտար խնդիրների առաջ:

Այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը լուծում չէ, քանի որ ապահովված չէ մարդկանց անվտանգությունն ու կյանքի իրավունքը. ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները շարունակում են դիտարկման ներքո պահել քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին, տները:

Արման Թաթոյանը շեշտել է, որ նրանք պետք է հեռանան հայկական գյուղերի, շատ դեպքերում մարդկանց տների մոտից ու ճանապարհներից, պետք է ստեղծվի անվտանգության ապառազմականացված գոտի:

Այս ամենին ավելանում է ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայատյացության հովանավորչության ու թշնամանքի քարոզի քաղաքականությունը:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը մանրամասն անդրադարձել է հայ գերիների ազատ արձակմանը, հայրենիք նրանց վերադարձի հրատապությանը, որոնք ապօրինաբար են պահվում Ադրբեջանում:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են նաև դատական համակարգում առկա խնդիրները, Արման Թաթոյանը շեշտել է, որ կան առանձին դատավորներ, որոնք իրենց պահվածքով վնասում են դատական համակարգի հեղինակությունը: Չնայած սրան, խնդիրների լուծմանը պետք է հասնել իրավական ճանապարհով՝ խրախուսելով օրինապահ ու անկախ դատավորներին։

Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է նաև դատարաններում քննվող գործերի ձգձգումների համակարգային խնդիրներին: Նա նշել է, որ կան հիմնական դատավարություններ, որոնցով դատական նիստերի անհիմն ձգձգումների պատճառով մարդիկ հայտնվում են տարիների քաշքշուկի մեջ:

Կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման հարցերը ևս դարձել են մանրամասն քննարկման առարկա։
