FLYONE ARMENIA ընկերությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ:

Հայտարարությունում ասվում է. «Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, սիրելի ուղևորներ, FLYONE ARMENIA ընկերությունը հայտնում է, որ ընկերությունից անկախ հանգամանքների ի հայտ գալու (այդ թվում, ռուսական պատկան մարմինների՝ կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակին հակազդելու մտահոգությունների հետ կապված) պատճառներով, ընկերությունը ստիպված է եղել չեղարկելու բացառապես Երևանից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն նախատեսված դեկտեմբերի 20-ից մինչև հունվարի 31-ը նախատեսված չվերթները։

Ավիաընկերությունը կապահովի դեկտեմբերի 17-ից դեկտեմբերի 19 նախատեսված բոլոր չվերթների բոլոր ուղևորների արագ ու անվտանգ տեղափոխման հնարավորությունը նշանակման վայրեր, այնպես ինչպես արդեն իսկ ապահովել է նախկին չվերթների բոլոր ուղևորների տեղափոխումը։ Ընկերությունը չեղարկված չվերթների բոլոր ուղևորներին առաջարկվում է գումարի ամբողջական վերադարձ կամ գումարի փոխանցում ուղևորի անունով FLYONE ARMENIA-ի ընկերության առցանց միջավայրի վիրտուալ դրամապանակում՝ տոմսի գումարի 120%-ի չափով:

Եթե տոմսը ձեռք է բերվել ճամփորդական գործակալության միջոցով, ընկերությունը խնդրում է դիմել գործակալություն՝ տոմսի վերադարձի կամ ժամկետների փոփոխության համար։ Մեր աշխատակիցները շարունակելու են մշտական ու անհատական կապի մեջ մնալ դեպի ՌԴ բոլոր չվերթների ուղևորների հետ՝ առաջացող ցանկացած խնդրի արագ ու ժամանակին լուծում տալու ուղղությամբ։ Ընկերության ուղևորների սպասարկման ծառայությունը հասանելի կլինի ուժեղացված ռեժիմով։

Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ մյուս ուղղություններով ընկերության չվերթները կատարվելու են նախօրոք հայտարարված ժամանակացույցով։
