Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական ցուցումով, գործող իրավապահները, որոնք ձեռնպահ չմնացին անգամ համայնքապետի ընտրված թեկնածուներին ձերբակալելու եւ կալանավորելու որոշումներից, այս օրերին անհանգստացնում են նաեւ մյուս ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետերին, որոնք դեկտեմբերի 5-ի ընտրություններին առաջադրվել են ընդդիմության ցուցակներով ու հիմա հրաժարվում են իշխանության թրի տակով անցնել ու կոալիցիա ձեւավորել ՔՊ-ի հետ։
