Այսօր ՀԱԿ անդամ, տնտեսագետ Զոյա Թադևոսյանը լրագրողների հետ խոսել է դրամի արժեզրկման և մեր տնտեսության վրա դրա հետևանքերի մասին,- տեղեկացնում է Orer.am-ը: Տիկին Թադևոսյանը կարծում է, որ դրամի արժեզրկումը սպասելի գործընթաց էր, և մեր դրամական տնտեսության պատասխանատուները պետք է ժամանակին կանխազգային դա: Ընդ որում՝Թադևոսյանը կատակով նշում է, որ պետք է կանխազգային ոչ թե մեր տատերի տարբերակով, այլ ճիշտ դրամավարկային հետազոտություններ իրականացնելով:
Տնտեսագետը գտնում է, որ դա որոշ չափով թույլ կտար չեզոքացնել այն ազդեցությունները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում, երբ արտաքին տնտեսական գործոնները անկանխատեսելի և շոկային հետևանքներ են ունենում տնտեսության վրա: Տիկին Թադևոսյանն ավելացնում է, որ այդ շոկային երևույթները տեղի են ունենում ոչ միայն տնտեսության վրա, այլ նաև մարդկանց գիտակցության վրա, ինչին հաջորդում է աժիոտաժը: «Աժիոտաժի հետևանքով ավելի մեծ կորուստներ ենք ունենում, քան եթե հասարակությունը ինֆորմացված է և գիտե, թե ինչ է սպասվում արտաքին այս կամ այն գործոնի ազդեցությամբ մեր տնտեսության իրական հատվածում»,-ասում է նա:
Ըստ ՀԱԿ ներկայացուցչի դիտարկման՝ դրամի արժեզրկումը այսօր ունի թե՛ ներքին, և թե՛ արտաքին պատճառներ: Բանախոսը նշում է, որ սխալ է կապել երևույթը միայն արտաքին գործոններով, քանի որ եթե տնտեսությունը ունի զարգացման ամուր հիմքեր, եթե տնտեսության մեջ մշտապես գրանցվում են աշխատատեղերի ավելացում, բնակչության եկամուտների աճ, եթե տնտեսությունը այնպիսի իրավիճակում է, որ մշտապես պատրաստ է ընդունել արտաքին հարվածները, սա արդեն խոսում է զարգացվածության մասին:Զոյա Թադևոսյանը ասաց, որ այսօր ոմանց պատկերացումներում տնտեսությունը և քաղաքականությունը անջատ հասկացություններ են, սակայն դա սխալ մոտեցում է: «Տնտեսությունը խտացված քաղաքականություն է, որովհետև քաղաքականությունը պետք է բազմապատկվի, որպեսզի դառնա տնտեսություն: Այսինքն՝ տնտեսությունը ավելին է, քան քաղաքականությունը, և տնտեսության առաջնայնությունը երևում է նաև նրանում, որ մենք այն դիտարկում ենք որպես բազիսային կատեգորիա, իսկ քաղաքականությունը՝ վերնաշենքային»,- հիշեցնում է Զոյա Թադևսյանը: Լևոն Փանոսյան
