Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Քադիրովը Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին մեղադրել է ահաբեկիչներին աջակցելու մեջ, որոնք հանցագործություններ են կատարում Ռուսաստանում, եւ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ին կոչ է արել՝ դիվանագիտական միջոցներ ձեռնարկել այդ երկրի նկատմամբ:

«Ինձ դիմել են Չեչնիայի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի, ուժային կառույցների եւ հոգեւորականության ներկայացուցիչները՝ խնդրելով արձագանքել թուրքական իշխանությունների գործողություններին, որոնք թաքցնում են Ռուսաստանում հանցագործություններ կատարած ահաբեկիչներին, իսկ այնուհետեւ Համացանցում ցեխ են նետում երկրի եւ հանրապետության ամբողջ ղեկավորության վրա: Նրանք այնքան անկաշկանդ են իրենց զգում Թուրքիայում, որ իրենց ցինիկ, հանդուգն ու սադրիչ հակառուսական ելույթներում չեն գարշում անպաշտպան կանանց նկատմամբ ստորություններից»,-Քադիրովը գրել է իր Telegram-ալիքում:

Նա նաեւ դիմել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանին՝ պահանջելով որոշակիություն մտցնել. «Կա՛մ դուք ստանում եք մի պետության կարգավիճակ, որն աջակցում է ահաբեկիչներին, կա՛մ հանդես եք գալիս Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ հստակ ու ազնիվ հարաբերությունների օգտին՝ չփոխելով համոզմունքները նրա թիկունքում»: Նա նաեւ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ին կոչ է արել՝ նախազգուշական դիվանագիտական միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների նկատմամբ, «քանի որ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների գործողություններն ուղղակի սպառնալիք են ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների համար, որոնք զարգացել են դարերով»,- հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
