Յուրաքանչյուր նորաստեղծ ընտանիք սկսած 2025 թվականից կապահովվի առանձին բնակարանով

Գալիք տարվա պետական բյուջեի սոցիալական շեշտադրումների համատեքստում, այս մասին Ազգային ժողովի նիստում ասել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։
 
Միջնաժամկետ ծախսային ծրագրով, որի հիմքը դրվել է 2022 թվականի պետբյուջեով, 2025 թվականի հունվարից  Արցախում նոր ամուսնացող զույգերն ապահովվելու են առանձին բնակարաններով։ Առաջին  փուլում նորաստեղծ ընտանիքներին կտրամադրվեն՝ մեկ ու կես կամ երկու սենյականոց, այնուհետև 3 երեխա ունենալու դեպքում՝ 3 սենյականոց բնակարաններ։
 
Կարևորելով ժողովրդագրության բարելավումը, նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հավելել է, որ բացի բնական աճի ապահովմանը միտված ծրագրերից, բնակչության թվի ավելացումը նախատեսվում է նաև  վերաբնակեցման, հայրենադարձության միջոցով։ Այդ նպատակով ներկայիս պետական բյուջեի միջոցները թույլ են տալիս կառուցել լրացուցիչ առնվազն  500 բնակարան։
 
Երկրի ղեկավարն այդ առումով թիրախային ցուցանիշ է համարել տարեկան 1000 բնակարանի կառուցումը։
 
Արցախում արդեն իսկ սկսված են մոտ 3000 բնակարանների կառուցման աշխատանքները։ Առաջիկայում կմեկնարկի ևս 1500-2000 բնակարանների կառուցումը, ինչը, երկրի ղեկավարի գնահատմամբ,  թույլ է տալու լուծել բնակապահովման խնդիրը։
 
Այս փուլում բնակարանները  տրամադրում են առաջին հերթին զոհվածների ընտանիքներին ու տեղահանվածներին։ Առավելագույնը մեկ ու կես տարում ավարտին կհասցվի զինվորականների,  սպայական անձնակազմի բնակարանային ապահովումը:
 
Նախագահը շեշտել է, որ  Արցախում  ձևավորվող յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիք պիտի ունենա առանձին բնակարան, իսկ ծնվող ամեն մի երեխայի համար պիտի լինի պետական աջակցություն։

Ինչ վերաբերում է վիճակագրությանը,  Արցախը  2022 թվականի նախաշեմին արդեն  19 հազար 500 աշակերտ  ունի, ինչը  վկայում է ավելի քան 115 հազար բնակչության և ընդամենը մոտ 33 հազարի բացակայության մասին, այն պարագայում, երբ տեղահանվածների թիվը    հասնում էր 40 հազարի։
