ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ են մտել դեռևս 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 13-ին ընդունված ԾԽԱԽՈՏԱՅԻՆ ԱՐՏԱԴՐԱՏԵՍԱԿՆԵՐԻ ԵՎ ԴՐԱՆՑ ՓՈԽԱՐԻՆԻՉՆԵՐԻ ՕԳՏԱԳՈՐԾՄԱՆ ՀԵՏԵՎԱՆՔՈՎ ԱՌՈՂՋՈՒԹՅԱՆԸ ՀԱՍՑՎՈՂ ՎՆԱՍԻ ՆՎԱԶԵՑՄԱՆ ԵՎ ԿԱՆԽԱՐԳԵԼՄԱՆ ՄԱՍԻՆ օրենքի մի շարք կարևոր դրույթներ։

Ըստ այդ դրույթների այլևս արգելված են ծխախոտային որևէ արտադրատեսակի՝ ավանդական ծխախոտի, էլեկտրոնային (տաքացվող) ծխախոտի, հեղուկների հիմքի վրա նիկոտանային արտադրատեսակի (վեյպ), նիկոտինի մատակարարման էլեկտրոնային սարքերի հրապարակային ցուցադրությունը վաճառքի կետերում և հանրային սննդի օբյեկտներում։

Նաև արգելված է վերոնշյալ որևէ արտադրանքի իրացման (վաճառքի) համար նախատեսված տարածքներում՝ դրանց (այդ թվում՝ դրանց դատարկ կամ մեծացրած չափսերով տուփերի, բլոկների, ապրանքային նշանն իմիտացնող գունային պաստառների) կամ դրանց ապրանքային նշանների կամ խորհրդանիշների՝ սպառողի համար տեսանելի վայրում տեղադրումը:

Այս դրույթների լիարժեք կիրառումը ժամանակի ընթացքում էականորեն իջեցնելու է ծխախոտի օգտագործումը մեր երկրում, ինչն էականորեն ազդելու է մեր բնակչության առողջության բարելավման և մեր երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման վրա։

Տնտեսվարողներին կոչ եմ անում խստորեն հետևել օրենքի պահանջների կատարմանը, իսկ ստուգող մարմիններին՝ պատշաճ վերահսկողություն իրականացնել։

Առանց առողջ հասարակության չի կարող լինել ամուր տնտեսություն։

Հ.Գ. 2022 թվականի մարտի 15-ից ուժի մեջ կմտնեն նաև հանրային սննդի բոլոր օբյեկտներում (փակ և բաց) բոլոր տեսակի ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների օգտագործման արգելքի դրույթները»։
