Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները պետք է դիտարկել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ամենալայն համատեքստում։
 
Մինչև հիմա ամբողջական առումով պարզ չէ, թե ի՞նչ իրական հիմքեր կային Ղազախստանում նման իրադարձությունների ծավալման առումով, արդյո՞ք սոցիալ-տնտեսական գործոնը դրա գլխավոր պատճառներից էր, թե այն զուտ կայծի գործոն էր։
 
Եթե կա արտաքին ներգործություն, ապա ովքեր ե՞ն դրա մոդերատորները, որովհետև տարբեր աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոններից եկող ազդակները իրական շահագրգիռ կողմերին դեռ չեն բացահայտում։
Չնայած որոշակի պարբերականությամբ տարբեր կայքեր, տելեգրամյան ալիքներ Ղազախստանում ընթացող իրադարձությունների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ փոխանցում են, սակայն զարգացումները խորքային իմաստով դեռ ամբողջական պատկեր չեն տալիս։
 
ՀԱՊԿ մեխանիզմների գործարկումը բավականին օպերատիվ էր, ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ղազախստանում ստեղծված իրադրությունը կամ դրա պայթյունը՝ անկախ դրա դրդապատճառներից, եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում շատ ավելի ծանր հետևանքների սպառնալիք էր պարունակում։
 
Կրկնում եմ՝ մեծ թվով գործոններ, դերակատարներ դեռևս ամբողջությամբ ուրվագծված չեն, մեծ առումով հաշվարկված չէ նաև դրա հնարավոր ազդեցություն մեծ տարածաշրջանում, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ խորքում թեժ օջախներ կան, որոնք կարճ ժամանակում մարել չի հաջողվի։
