ՀՀ դատախազության և նրա տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների կողմից շարունակվում է քրեական հետապնդման մյուս մարմինների հետ գործակցությամբ հետևողական քեաիրավական պայքարը ապօրինի անտառահատումների դեմ:

Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի դատախազության կողմից իրականացված պատշաճ դատախազական հսկողության և դատավարական ղեկավարման տիրույթում ավարտվել է «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Թումանյանի անտառտնտեսության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական անփութության վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով իրականացված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Թումանյանի անտառտնտեսության անտառապահը, անտառապետը և անտառպապպանության ինժեները ի պաշտոնե պարտավոր լինելով իրականացնել կանխարգելիչ միջոցառում­ներ և հսկողություն ապօրինի անտա­ռահատումների ու ՀՀ անտառային օ­րենս­դրության այլ խախ­տում­ների նկատմամբ, իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կազմել անտառխախտման արձանագրություններ և սահմանված ժամկետում ներկայացնել ան­տա­ռապետին, ստուգել բնափայտի մթեր­ման և այլ տե­սակի անտառ­օգտա­գործ­ման իրավունք ընձեռող փաստաթղթերն ու հսկողություն սահ­մանել անտառ­օգտա­գոր­ծողների կողմից դրանց կատարման նկատմամբ, իրենց վրա դրված պարտակա­նութ­­յունները պատշաճ չեն կատարել:

Մասնավորապես՝ նրանց կողմից նշված անտառպետությունում պարբերաբար շրջայցեր չեն իրականացվել, ինչի արդյունքում հետագայում կատարված ստուգմամբ Թումանյանի անտառտնտեսության մասնաճյուղի Դսեղի անտառպետության թվով երեք պահաբաժիններում հայտնաբերվել են 344 տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծերով ծառերի ապօրինի հատման փաստեր: Դրա հետևանքով բուսական աշխարհին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ ավելի քան 30․000.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս։

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկղություն իրականացնող դատախազը հաստատել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը և քրեական գործն ուղարկել է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասությանա ռաջին ատյանի դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու: 

Պետությանը պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու համար որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձանց պատկանող գույքերի վրա դրվել է կալանք:

Դատախազը քրեադատավարական օրենքի տիրությում քաղաքացիական հայց է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ պետությանը պատճառված վնասը բռնագանձելու համար։
