ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը Բաքվում հակահայկական ջարդերի 32-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ հայտարարություն է տարածել: 

«32 տարի առաջ այս օրերին Բաքվում սկսվեցին հայերի զանգվածային ջարդերը, որոնք դարձան Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ում ապրող հայ բնակչության ոչնչացման և բռնի տեղահանման քաղաքականության գագաթնակետը։ Մեկ շաբաթ տևած արյունալի և զանգվածային հանցագործությունների հետևանքով հայ բնակչության շրջանում եղան հարյուրավոր սպանվածներ, խեղվածներ և անհետ կորածներ: Այդ ջարդերով ավարտին հասցվեց Ադրբեջանի հայաթափման գործընթացը, որի հետևանքով շուրջ կես միլիոն հայ դարձավ փախստական:

Բաքվի ջարդերի և հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացված մյուս ոճրագործությունների հետևողական ժխտումը, դրանց իրագործողների հերոսացումը, հայերի նկատմամբ ատելության շարունակական արմատավորումը մինչ օրս էլ Ադրբեջանում պետական քաղաքականություն են, որոնք արտահայտվում են նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի նկատմամբ ատելության խոսքով ու ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությամբ, ինչը մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ու կայունության առանցքային սպառնալիք է:

Այսօր մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած հակահայկական ջարդերի անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին և վերահաստատում ենք Հայաստանի, Արցախի և ողջ աշխարհասփյուռ հայության միասնական հանձնառությունը` ապահովելու իր հայրենիքում ազատ, անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ ապրելու հայ ժողովրդի իրավունքը»:
