Հունվարի 20-ին սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 18։00-ի սահմաններում Աբովյան քաղաքի Դարանի փողոցի 2-րդ շենքի մոտից «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենան պարանոցի մասում սուր-կտրող ծակող առարկայից ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։ 

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, ճանապարհին այդ քաղաքացին մահացել է։ 

Կատարվածի մասին «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է հերթապահ խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Կոտայքի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները տաք հետքերով պարզել են, որ մահացածը Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 36-ամյա Արտակ Օվակյանն է։ 

Համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են կասկածյալի ինքնությունը, ով նույնպես Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչ է։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նա 33-ամյա Սուրեն Բաղրամյանն է, ով հայտնաբերվել և բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին։
