Հետաքրքիր է իմանալ, թե ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմում ում է սպասարկում բրիտանական պետական համարանիշներով այդ թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենան։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքում գրել է ԱԺ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Էդգար Ղազարյանը.

«Դժվար է հավատալ տեսածին, որ կոռուպցիան «ծվարել» է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատասենյակի պատի տակ 5, 10, 15, 20 կամ ավելի դոլար կաշառքով ԵՊՀ վերացական ֆակուլտետի պատերի տակ ծվարած մարդկանց մասին հեգնանքով և չհիմնավորված մեղադրանքով խոսացող ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլի Փաշինյանի ղեկավարած կառավարության շենքի բակում, որը ըստ նույն վայրում տեղադրված ցուցանակի, նախատեսված է միայն վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ավտոմոբիլների համար, անմիջապես շենքի կենտրոնական մուտքի դիմաց, օրինականությունը հսկող ոստիկանական մեքենայի և անհասկանալի մեկ այլ ամենագնացի հարևանությամբ, 2022 թվականի հունվարի 20-ին «ծվարել» է բրիտանական պետհամարանիշներով Porsche Panamera 4S մոդելի մի ավտոմեքենա, որի բազային գինը սկսում է մոտ 100.000 դոլարից և կարող է հասնել մինչև մի քանի հարյուր հազարի։

Հետաքրքիր է իմանալ, թե ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմում ում է սպասարկում բրիտանական պետական համարանիշներով այդ թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենան։ Եթե այդ մեքենան որևէ պաշտոնյայի չի սպասարկում, ապա հետաքրքիր է հասկանալ, թե ով է դրա վարորդը, որը ոչ միայն հյուրընկալվել է վարչապետի գրասենյակում, այլև իրավունք և պատիվ է ստացել կայանել այն վայրում, որտեղ անգամ փոխվարչապետերի մեքենաները կանգնելու զգուշավորություն են ցուցաբերում (դա դիվանագիտական պետական համարանիշ չէ, քանի որ Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական կորպուսին հատկացվում են կարմիր գույնի պետական հարամանիշներ)։ Եթե Հայաստանի վարչապետը կաշառակեր լիներ, ապա կարելի էր մտածել, որ այդ մեքենայով նրան փող են բերել, սակայն բնությանը դեռևս անհայտ նման ազնվագույն արարածի պարագայում, նման բան մտածելու համարձակություն ոչ ոք չի կարող ունենալ։

Ինչպես կասեր մեր ժամանակների խոշոր մտածողներից մեկը․ «կոռուպցիան պոզով ու պոչով կենդանի չի», կոռուպցիան դա պաշտոնյաների պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահումն է բոլոր դրսևորումներով, նրանց ոչ հրապարակային գործունեությունը, հովանավորչությունը, կաշառակերությունը և այլն»։
