Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քավոր Հայկ Ղալումյանի եղբոր՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Վահե Ղալումյանի որդին՝ Աշոտ Ղալումյանը, որը 2018-ի հունիսից ՊԵԿ-ում է աշխատում, անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին կարգապահական տույժի է ենթարկվել։ Թե ինչ կարգապահական խախտում է նա արել, որ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նրան չի խնայել՝ հաշվի չառնելով անգամ քավորի անձը, եւ գրավոր կարգադրությամբ նկատողություն է տվել՝ ծառայողական քննության արդյունքում։

Ուշագրավ է այն, որ շուրջ 3 տարի Աշոտ Ղալումյանը Արեւելյան մաքսատուն-վարչության Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի 1-ին բաժանմունքի մաքսային տեսուչի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարն է, եւ այդ ընթացքում նրան այդպես էլ չեն նշանակել։

Աշոտ Ղալումյանի հայրը՝ Վահե Ղալումյանը, նկատողության մասին ասաց․ «Թեթեւ բան է եղել, կոնկրետ չգիտեմ ինչ։ Ինքս չեմ խառնվում իր գործերին, դրա համար էլ չեմ կարող ասել»։ Իսկ հնարավո՞ր է մաքսայինում կաշառք վերցնելու փաստով է նկատողություն ստացել։ «Բացարձակապես վստահ եմ, որ ինքը չի կարող 1000 դրամի խնդիր ունենալ՝ կաշառքի հետ կապված»։
