Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև բարեկամությունը սահմաններ չունի, նրանց համագործակցության մեջ «արգելված գոտիներ» չկան։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Չինաստանի ղեկավար Սի Ծինփինի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակվել է Կրեմլի կայքում։

«Երկու պետությունների բարեկամությունը սահմաններ չունի, չկան համագործակցության արգելված գոտիներ, երկկողմ ռազմավարական համագործակցության ամրապնդումն ուղղված չէ երրորդ երկրների դեմ, չի ազդում միջազգային միջավայրի փոփոխության և երրորդ երկրներում իրավիճակային փոփոխությունների վրա»,- ասված է ուղերձում։

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է նաև, որ Ռուսաստանը և Չինաստանը հանդես են գալիս համաշխարհային տերությունների միջև նոր տեսակի հարաբերությունների ձևավորման օգտին, որոնք հիմնված են փոխադարձ հարգանքի, խաղաղ գոյակցության և փոխշահավետ համագործակցության վրա։

«Նրանք հաստատում են, որ ռուս-չինական միջպետական հարաբերությունների նոր տեսակը գերազանցում է «սառը պատերազմի» ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքներին»,- ասվում է երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հայտարարության մեջ։

Փետրվարի 4-ի երեկոյան Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը կմասնակցի Օլիմպիական խաղերի բացման արարողությանը։
