«Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Հերմինե Մխիթարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Էրդողանի և Ալիևի ստորագրած «Շուշիի հռչակագիրը» մեկը մյուսի հետևից վավերացվեց նախ Ադրբեջանի, ապա՝ Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանների կողմից։

Հռչակագրի մասին շատ ենք խոսել, դրա առանձին դրույթների, հակահայկական բովանդակության ու մեզ համար առկա մարտահրավերների։ Ի դեպ, այս մարտահրավերների մասին դեռ անցյալ տարի՝ հռչակագրի ընդունումից օրեր անց, բարձրաձայնում էր նաև մեր ԱԳՆ-ն։ Այն ժամանակ մեր արտգործնախարարությունում կարծում էին, որ ընդունված փաստաթուղթը «թիրախավորում է հայ ժողովրդին», որ դրանով «Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը ձեռք են բերում հրապարակային պայմանավորվածություններ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ», ի վերջո՝ որ այն «լուրջ մարտահրավեր է միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությամբ և անվտանգությամբ շահագրգիռ բոլոր երկրների համար»։

ԱԳՆ այս հայտարարությունից 8 ամիս է անցել, ընդամենը 8 ամիս։ Այսօր մեր արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը ոչինչ չունի ասելու հռչակագրի վավերացման գործընթացի հետ կապված։ Ավելին, հետաքրքիր զուգադիպությամբ նույն այս օրերին ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարում է Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների երկրորդ հանդիպման մասին, որ սպասվում է Վիեննայում, փետրվարի 24-ին։ Հա, չմոռանանք, որ հայ-թուրքական երկխոսությունը «առանց նախապայմանների է», և ոչինչ, որ թուրքական այդ նախապայմաններից առնվազն մեկը՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին» առնչվող կետը, հստակ ամրագրված է այն հռչակագրում, որն այսօր վավերացվում է Թուրքիայում․․․»։
