 ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահներ Ջո Բայդենը եւ Էմանուել Մակրոնը փետրվարի 6-ին հեռախոսով քննարկել են Ուկրաինայի շուրջ իրադրությունը: Զրույցը կայացել է Մոսկվա Ֆրանսիայի պետության ղեկավարի այցի նախօրյակին:

«Ղեկավարները քննարկել են գործադրվող դիվանագիտական ջանքերը եւ դիմադարձման ջանքներն ի պատասխան Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանին Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի շարունակվող կուտակման, ինչպես նաեւ հավաստել են Ուկրաինայի ինքնիշխանության եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության պաշտպանությունը: Նրանք պայմանավորվել են, որ իրենց անձնախմբերը կպահապանեն կապը եւ կշարունակեն կոնսուլտացիաները մեր դաշինկիցների եւ գործընկերների, այդ թվում Ուկրաինայի հետ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ, որը տարածել է Սպիտակ տունը:

Սա արդեն ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահների երկրորդ հեռախոսազույցն է շաբաթվա ընթացքում, նախորդը կայացել էր փետրվարի 2-ին: Փետրվարի 7-ին նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Կրեմլում կընդունի իր ֆրանսիացի պաշտոնակցին: Ինչպես հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, ղեկավարները, որոնք երեք անգամ հեռախոսով զրուցել են վերջին երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում, մտադիր են արծարարծել շատ թեմաներ:

Փետրվարի 8-ին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը պլանավորում է այցելել Ուկրաինա: Ինչպես իր հերթին տեղեկացրել է Ֆրանսիայի կառավարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Գաբիել Ատալը, Մակրոնի այցերը Մոսկվա եւ Կիեւ կդառնան Ուկրաինայի շուրջ իրադրության ապաէսկալացման՝ Փարիզի ջանքերի շարունակությունը: Վերջին ժամանակներս Արեւմուտքի երկրներում, ինչպես նաեւ Կիեւում հնչում են հայտարարություններ Ուկրաինայի տարածք Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր ներխուժման մասին: Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարն ավելի վաղ նման տեղեկատվությունը որակել է լարվածության սին եւ անպատասխանատու բորբոքում:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկի համար սպառնալիք չի ներկայացնում եւ հիշեցերել է, որ ռուսական զորքերի բոլոր տեղաշարժերը տեղի են ունենում իր սեփական տարածքում: Ըստ որում նա չի բացառել սադրանքների հնարավորությունն՝ այդ հայտարարությունների արդարացման համար, եւ նախազգուշացրել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հարավ - արեւելքում ճգնաժամի ուժային լուծման փորձերը կունենան ամենալուրջ հետեւանքները, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
