ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ասում է, որ պարզ չեն այն գործողությունները, որոնցում իրեն մեղադրում են. Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է փետրվարի 15-ին կայացած դատական ​​նիստում։

«Ես իսկապես չեմ հասկանում մեղադրանքի էությունը։ Դրվագները շատ են, փաստաբանը մատնանշեց ամենակարեւորները: Ես պետք է վերջապես հասկանամ, թե ինչ եմ արել, ինչ չպետք է անեի եւ ինչ չեմ արել, թեեւ պետք է անեի։ Դա նկարագրված չէ»,- հայտարարեց նախկին նախագահը։

Քոչարյանը նշեց, որ երբ գա դատարանում ցուցմունք տալու ժամանակը, ինքը ստիպված կլինի կանգնել ամբիոնի մոտ եւ հարցնել, թե դատարանն իրենից ինչ է ուզում։ «Ասում են՝ չխոչընդոտել։ Ի վերջո, ցույց տվեք ինձ, թե ինչ լիազորություններով կարող էի եւ չեմ խոչընդոտել: Ինչ-որ վարչական եւ տնտեսական լիազորություններ են ինձ վերագրել: Չգիտեմ՝ ինչի մասին է խոսքը։ Նախագահի լիազորությունները հստակ սահմանված են  Սահմանադրությամբ: Ինձ համար մեղադրանքի բովանդակությունն անհասկանալի է, ինձ բացատրելու ձեւ գտեք, թե ինչ են ուզում ինձնից, ինչում եմ ինձ մեղադրում»,- հայտարարեց նախկին նախագահը։

Դատավորը որոշեց, որ ամեն ինչ պարզ է եւ որ Քոչարյանի խոսքերը կարելի է մեկնաբանել որպես հրաժարում պատասխանից։ Փաստաբան Ալումյանը միջամտեց՝ կրկնելով մեղադրանքը պարզաբանելու դատարանի պահանջը. «Մենք ոչ մի ֆանտաստիկ բան չենք ուզում»,- եզրափակեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
