Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին մեղադրել է «ազգամիջյան թշնամանքը խրախուսելու» մեջ

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ Հայաստանին մեղադրելով «ազգամիջյան թշնամանքը խրախուսելու» մեջ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները։

Ադրբեջանական գերատեսչության հայտարարության մեջ «դատապարտվում է» Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը, որը պաշտպանում է «1988թ. փետրվարի 20-ի անօրինական որոշումը եւ որը սկիզբ դրեց Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ինքնավար Մարզի (ԼՂԻՄ) արմատական հայերի ագրեսիվ անջատողականությանը»:

Հայտարարությունը որակվում է որպես «հակասող» ԽՍՀՄ Սահմանադրությանը, ԼՂԻՄ-ի մասին 1981 թվականի օրենքին, ինչպես նաեւ բոլոր այլ համապատասխան նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերին։ Հայկական կողմը մեղադրվում է նաեւ «օկուպացիայի», «էթնիկ զտումների», «միլիոն ադրբեջանցիների» իրավունքների խախտման մեջ:

«Ներկայումս, երբ տարածաշրջանում երկու պետությունների միջեւ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու փորձեր են արվում, Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է գալիս ազգամիջյան թշնամանքը խրախուսող հայտարարությամբ, ինչը մի կողմից վկայում է այդ երկրի անպատասխանատու վարքագծի մասին, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝  այն մասին, որ նա դեռ դասեր չի քաղել վերջին իրադարձություններից։ Հայտնում ենք ի գիտություն ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ին, որ նման ապակառուցողական մոտեցումը ապագա չունի», - ասվում է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։

Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական կառույցների կողմից որդեգրած անսահման երեսպաշտությունը հերթական անգամ դրսեւորվեց այս հայտարարության մեջ։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն համառորեն չի ցանկանում տեսնել տարածաշրջանը պատուհասած աղետի պատճառները՝  հայերի կոտորածը դեռեւս խորհրդային Ադրբեջանում, սարսափելի իրադարձությունները Սումգայիթում, Բաքվում, Ադրբեջանի ԽՍՀ այլ քաղաքներում, Հանրապետության հայ բնակչության՝ կես միլիոն հայ փախստականների արտաքսումը, տասնամյակներ շարունակ սնվող հայատյացությունը, անկախ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից հայերի հանդեպ սերմանվող ատելությունը, ռազմական բնույթի ամեն տեսակի հանցագործությունների եւ հայերի հանդեպ մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների խրախուսումը։ Սա էթնիկ հայերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից որդեգրված խախտումների եւ հանցագործությունների ոչ ամբողջական ցանկն է։ «Խաղաղության» մասին հայտարարությունները Ադրբեջանը «ամրապնդում է» ագրեսիայով եւ սադրանքներով Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի օկուպացիայով եւ տարածքային նկրտումներով։
