Կրքերը Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի անվան շուրջ դեռ շարունակվում են անգամ երազանքին հասնելուց՝ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան նշանակվելուց հետո։ Ինչպես տևական ժամանակ ՌԴ-ից չէին կարողանում ստանալ ագրեման Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի համար, այնպես էլ նշանակումից հետո շարունակվում է ռուսական կողմից «через нехочу» վերաբերմունքի դրսևորումը։ Սա նկատելի է անգամ պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության տողատակերում։

Եվ այսպես, փետրվարի 18-ին Հարությունյանն իր հավատարմագրերի պատճեններն է հանձնել ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Անդրեյ Ռուդենկոյին։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների, հանդիպումը, մեղմ ասած, այդքան էլ ջերմ չի անցել, ավելին՝ անհասկանալի պայմաններում է կազմակերպվել՝ կարծես սոսկ «գալոչկա» դնելու համար, ինչը նկատելի է անգամ պաշտոնապես հրապարակված լուսանկարից։ Նույն օրը երեկոյան դեսպանության պատերի ներսում (չգիտես ինչու` 3 շաբաթ անց) դեսպանն անցկացնում էր պաշտոնական ընդունելություն ՀՀ Բանակի օրվա առթիվ, որին ներկա չի գտնվել նույն ինքը՝ Ռուդենկոն, կամ ԱԳ որևէ այլ փոխնախարար։ Ընդ որում, ներկա չի եղել նաև ՌԴ ՊՆ ոչ մի փոխնախարար:

Սա դիվկորպուսում առնվազն տարօրինակ են համարում, ավելին՝ ասում են, որ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ է տեղի ունեցել պաշտոնական ընդունելություն, որտեղ ռուսական կողմից ոչ մի ելույթ չի եղել։ Ինչպես նշված է դեսպանության կայքէջում, ելույթ է ունեցել դեսպանը և դեսպանության ռազմական կցորդը, երկուսն էլ ՝ կարդալով։ Սա դիվանագիտական շրջանակներում համարում են լուրջ ակնարկ ռուսական կողմից:

Բայց... ոչ միայն ռուսական կողմից։ «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, Ռուսաստանում լուրջ կշիռ ունեցող՝ ծագումով հայ գործարարներ, գիտնականներ, համայնքային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ նույնպես ներկա չեն գտնվել, այդ թվում՝ Նոր Նախիջևանի և Ռուսաստանի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանը։ Մի խոսքով, ԱԳՆ-ում խոսում են, որ հանդիպումն անցել է «մեժդուսոբոյչիկի» մակարդակով։
