Ելույթս «Եվրանեսթ» խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հանձնաժողովի նիստին, որին մասնակցում է նաև ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը. «Արցախը երբեք չի լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում»:
 
Ստեղծագործ մոտեցումը մշտապես ողջունելի է: Եվ, ինչպես գիտեք, Ադրբեջանն ունի ստեղծարարության իր ուրույն ոճը: Ադրբեջանի կողմից խնդիրները լուծելու եղանակը վերջիններիս գոյությունն անտեսելն է: Ադրբեջանի կարծիքով չկա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարություն, չկան ռազմագերիներ, չկար արգելված զինատեսակների կիրառում 2020 թվականի պատերազմի ժամանակ, տեղի չի ունեցել մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացում և այս պահին էլ չի շարունակվում ոչնչացվել, Արցախում չեն եղել ահաբեկչական խմբեր, ոչ մի զինված ուժեր չեն եղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքում և չկան այս պահին: Սա խնդիրները կարգավորելու շատ հետաքրքիր ձև է՝ անտեսել խնդիրը:
 
Ես իմ խոսքն ուղղում եմ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությանը՝ Հարավային Կովկասում բնության մեջ ջայլամ չի հանդիպում, և ջայլամային քաղաքականությամբ գործելը՝ ասել է թե չտեսնելու տալով, ժխտելով խնդիրները, ապագա ունենալ չի կարող:
 
Արցախի ժողովուրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի կայացումն անխուսափելի է:
 
Եվ որպես իմ ելույթի ամփոփում՝ ես կցանկանայի մեջբերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախկին Նախագահի խոսքերը, ով այժմ հետապնդվում է ադրբեջանցի բռնապետերի և մեր հայրենի երկրի՝ Հայաստանի պոպուլիստների կողմից. «Արցախը երբեք չի լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում»:
