Իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունն այսօր կբոյկոտի խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության հրավիրած արտահերթ նիստը, որի օրակարգում «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ներկայացրած Շուշիի հռչակագիրը դատապարտող հայտարարության ընդունումն էր։ ՔՊ-ականները նախ այն մերժեցին ԱԺ գլխադասային հանձնաժողովում, որտեղ ակտիվ դերը վերապահված էր Գուրգեն Արսենյանին։ Չնայած դրան, ընդդիմությունն իրավունք ունի այն ներկայացնել ԱԺ-ին՝ այս պարագայում արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրելով։ Սակայն Փաշինյանը հրահանգել է չներկայանալ նիստին, քվորում չապահովել, որպեսզի նիստը չկայանա։
