Մարդիկ լքում են գյուղերը, չունեն ապրուստի միջոց և այսքանը հերիք չէ, պետությունն էլ որևէ աջակցություն չի ցուցաբերում ադրբեջանցիների կողքին, վտանգի մեջ ապրող մեր գյուղացիներին: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գեղամասարի համայնքապետ Հակոբ Ավետյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը տանում է նրան, որ անասնապահությունը, բացառապես, խնդիր է դարձել սահմանամերձ Կութ, Սոթք, Ազատ, Նորաբակ գյուղերում, որովհետև արոտավայրերի և խոտհարքերի զգալի մասը անցել է ադրբեջանցիներին. «Ինչպես գիտենք, սահմանամերձ գյուղերում մարդիկ իրենց հացի խնդիրը լուծում են անասնապահության և գյուղատնտեսության միջոցով»,- ասաց համայնքապետը, նշելով՝ բնակիչները չեն կարողանում զբաղվել նաև գյուղատնտեսությամբ, քանի որ պետությունը որևէ աջակցություն չի ցուցաբերում նրանց. 

«Ամեն տարի կառավարությունը սերմացուի, վառելիքի, պարարտանյութի սուբսիդավորում էր իրականացնում, բայց այս տարի, չգիտես ինչու, չի հաստատել սուբսիդավորման ծրագիրը, չենք էլ կարծում, թե մոտակա մի քանի օրը այն կարող է հաստատվել: Մարդիկ չեն կարողանում անգամ հողագործությամբ զբաղվել և շատերին գյուղերում այլևս պահող ոչ մի հանգամանք չկա: Նրանք մտածում են՝ դե որ պիտի սոված, ծարավ մնանք, դուրս կգանք գյուղերից, մի մասը՝ ՌԴ, մյուս մասը՝ Աբովյան, Հրազդան, ով որտեղ կկարողանա: Մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակը իջել է 0-ի, հացի խնդիր ունեն»,- ընդգծեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ իրենց բնակավայրերից արտագաղթը արդեն սկսվել է և միայն վերը նշված 4 գյուղերը չեն լքում, այն համատարած բնույթ է կրում:
