Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնի եւ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ։ Ինչպես ուրբաթ հայտնել են Ելիսեյան պալատում, Զելենսկին նրանց հետ քննարկել է Ուկրաինայում տիրող իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաեւ բարձրացրել է Ուկրաինայում ատոմային օբյեկտների պաշտպանության հարցը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Մասնավորապես, Մակրոնն անդրադարձել է ուրբաթ գիշեր Զապորոժիեի ատոմակայանում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունների թեմային, ինչպես նաեւ իր զրուցակիցներին տեղեկացրել է Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության (ՄԱԳԱՏԷ) գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսիի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի արդյունքների մասին, որը կայացել էր հինգշաբթի։ Ելիսեյան պալատի հայտարարության համաձայն՝ բոլոր զրուցակիցները «ողջունել են նախագահի առաջարկը՝ կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի առաջարկությունների կատարման ուղղությամբ՝ Ուկրաինայի հիմնական միջուկային օբյեկտների անվտանգության ապահովման համար»։

Շոլցի հետ առանձին Մակրոնը քննարկել է նաեւ մարտի 10-ին եւ 11-ին նախատեսված ԵՄ երկրների գագաթնաժողովը, որը տեղի կունենա Վերսալում։ Ելիսեյան պալատում նշել են, որ այդ հանդիպմանը Մակրոնը նախատեսում է քննարկել ուկրաինական վերջին իրադարձությունների հետեւանքներին եվրոպական երկրների ադապտացման հետ կապված հարցեր։ Զելենսկու հետ, միջուկային օբյեկտների անվտանգությունից բացի, Մակրոնը քննարկել է հումանիտար հարցեր եւ խոստացել, որ Փարիզն կամրապնդի աջակցությունն Ուկրաինային այդ ուղղությամբ։
