«Ալյանս» առաջադիմական ցենտրիստական կուսակցության հայտարարությունը.

Հաշվի առնելով աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող աննախադեպ իրադարձությունները և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնական որևէ դիրքորոշման բացակայությունը՝ 01.03.2022թ. վարչության նիստի որոշմամբ Կուսակցությունը դիմում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդին և առայժմ իշխանություն հանդիսացողներին առաջարկով. «Ճանաչել Դոնեցկի Ժողովրդական և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետությունների և Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը»:

Ակնհայտ է, որ տեղի են ունենում մոլորակային մասշտաբի իրադարձություններ, որոնք իրենց աշխարհաքաղաքական հեռանկարով չեն կարող առնչություն չունենալ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի, մասնավորապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության շուրջ տեղի ունենալիք առավել հավանական ապագա զարգացումների հետ: Պահն է վերջապես ճիշտ գնահատելու իրավիճակը, կատարելու ճշգրիտ հաշվարկված քայլեր, զերծ մնալու ճակատագրական սխալներից, որոնց շարքին է դասվում այս պահին ոչինչ չանելն ու հանցավոր լռությունը: 44-օրյա պատերազմը, տարածքների կորուստը, հազարավոր զոհերը, կապիտուլյացիան, խեղճացած վիճակն ու անվտանգային համակարգի զրոյացումը, խայտառակ արտագաղթը փաստում են առաջին հերթին նախորդ և ներկա իշխանությունների ապաշնորհ ոչ միայն ներքին, այլև հատկապես արտաքին քաղաքականության մասին:

ԼԺՀ, ԴԺՀ և ԱՀ անկախության ճանաչման ակտը պետք է վերջնականապես հստակեցնի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դիրքը վերաձևվող քաղաքական աշխարհում՝ դրանից բխող վերջնական, գերհզոր և կայուն անվտանգության համակարգով, էժան էներգակիրներով, բաց սահմաններով, մեծ տարածքով, ահռելի տնտեսական ու աշխատանքային շուկաներով հանդերձ:

Սույնով հատուկ հրավիրում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կայունությամբ, ամրացմամբ, զարգացմամբ ու առաջընթացով իրապես շահագրգիռ ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը:
