Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի ադրբեջանական «պոդերշկան»

Օրերս ՄԱԿ-ում Ադրբեջանի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Յաշար Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանը հանդես է գալիս Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև հարաբերությունների խաղաղ դիվանագիտական եղանակներով կարգավորման օգտին՝ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների ամբողջական պահպանմամբ՝ ներառյալ նաև ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և սահմանների անխախտելիության սկզբունքները»։

Ասվածից միանշանակ հասկանալի է, որ այդ ամենը նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանը հստակ կողմնորոշվածություն ունի ռուս-ուկրաինական հարաբերությունների ներկայիս սրացման հարցում և հանդես է գալիս այդ դիրքերից՝ հարկ չհամարելով նույնիսկ դիվանագիտական չեզոքության պահպանումը։

Նշենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի 11-րդ արտահերթ Գլխավոր վեհաժողովում Ուկրաինայի մասին բանաձևի ընդունման և Յաշար Ալիևի այս հայտարարության հետ կապված՝ ադրբեջանական սոցկայքային սեգմենտում բավական ակտիվ քննարկումներ էին ծավալվել։ Որոշ օգտատերեր հիշեցրել են, որ Ադրբեջանը քվեարկությանը չի մասնակցել, մյուսներն էլ նկատել են, որ եթե Բաքուն այսքան հստակ կեցվածք ունի, ապա ինչո՞ւ է զերծ մնացել քվեարկությունից, քանի որ անհեթեթություն է ստացվում։ Ադրբեջանցի որոշ օգտատերեր էլ նկատել են, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայում Ադրբեջանի քվեարկության խուսափողական կեցվածքի պատճառով առաջարկել են Բաքվի դեմ սանկցիաներ սահմանել։ Ադրբեջանցի որոշ օգտատերեր նկատում են, որ պետք է արձագանքել Լոնդոնից հնչած կոչերին, իսկ այլոք էլ նշել են, որ «լռությունը համաձայնության նշան է:

Բնականաբար, կան նաև օգտատերեր, ովքեր կարծում են, որ Իլհամ Ալիևը փորձառու դիվանագետ է ու ավելի լավ գիտի ինչ անել։ Ադրբեջանցի օգտատերերը բավական ակտիվ քննարկում են նաև Ուկրաինայում տիրող բուն իրավիճակը, խոսում ենթակառուցվածքների վնասման, տարհանումների դժվարությունների, աստիճանաբար ի հայտ եկող սննդի, ջրի և այլ բաների պակասի մասին։ Ադրբեջանական տելեգրամյան շատ ալիքների հեղինակներ կատարվող իրադարձություններում մեղադրում են և՛ Արևմուտքին, և՛ Ռուսաստանին։ 

Ի դեպ նշենք, որ ադրբեջանական որոշ տելեգրամյան ալիքներ էլ նշում են, որ Ուկրաինայում կատարվողի համար պատասխանատվությունը կրում է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը, քանի որ արդեն բացահայտ ասում է, որ առաջադրված խնդիրն իրականացված է, և իրենք դառնում են էներգակիրների արդյունահանման ու վաճառքի առումով համաշխարհային առաջատար։ Վերջում հավելենք, որ ադրբեջանական հասարակության մեջ ակնհայտորեն դոմինանտող են հակառուսական տրամադրությունները։
