Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և Գլխավոր դատախազի հետ կապի մեջ եմ։ Երեկ օրվա ընթացքում ինտենսիվ կրակոցներ են եղել Ասկերանի շրջանի Խրամորթ գյուղի, Մարտունու շրջանի Կարմիր Շուկա և Խնուշինակ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը։

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Խրամոթի ուղղությամբ օրվա ընթացքում կրակոցներն ուղեկցվել են բնակչության նկատմամբ հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրելու հանցավոր գործողություններով. բնակչությանը՝ գյուղը լքելու մասին բարձրախոսով հայերեն լեզվով «նախազգուշացումներ» անելով։

Խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ այս հանցավոր ոտնձգությունը գիշերվա ընթացքում սաստկացել է Խրամոթ գյուղի ուղղությամբ, որտեղ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կիրառել են նաև ականանետեր։ Մեկ քաղաքացիական անձ վիրավոր է։

Հակառակորդը գյուղի ուղղությամբ ցուցադրաբար կուտակել է նաև ծանր տեխնիկա (տանկեր)։ Բնակչության ապահովության համար գիշերը կանայք և երեխաները տարհանվել են առավել ապահով վայր, սակայն ըստ գործընկերներիս տեղեկությունների, բնակիչներն առավոտյան վերադարձել են գյուղ։

Սա ադրբեջանական ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից շարունակվող հանցավոր քաղաքականություն է՝ միտված իրենց բնօրրանում ապրող մարդկանց կյանքն ու անվտանգությունը ոտնձգելուն, նրանց ահաբեկելուն և մշտական տագնապի մեջ պահելուն։

Ակնհայտ է նաև, որ նման գործողությունների վերջնանպատակը բնակավայրերը հայաթափելն ու դատարկելն է իր բնիկ ժողովրդից, ինչն Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակվող հայատյացության ու էթնիկ ատելության քաղաքականության դրսևորում է։
