Ուկրաինայում որքան երկար տևի այս անորոշությունը, այդքան Ադրբեջանի քայլերը անկանխատեսելի և արկածախնդիր կլինեն: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը:

Նա ասաց, որ ակնհայտ երևում է՝ Ադրբեջանում անգամ շարքային քաղաքացիների շրջանում մեծ ոգևորություն է տիրում Ուկրաինայի գործողությունների հետ կապված. «Ավելին ասեմ, խիստ հակառուսական տրամադրություն էր, այսինքն՝ համարյա տոնում էին ռուս գեներալի զոհվելու փաստը»,- նշեց փորձագետը:

Վրթանեսյանը զարմացած չէ ադրբեջանցիների նման ագրեսիվ պահվածքով, քանի որ 2020 թվականի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը ստորագրելիս, երբ պայմաններն արդեն կային, ակնհայտ էր՝ Արցախում ամեն ինչ կախված է ռուս խաղաղապահների առկայությունից. «Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ հարցեր առաջացան՝ եթե ռուսների «գլուխները խառը լինեն», ինչ է լինելու մեր անվտանգության խնդրի հետ. սրան պատասխան չեղավ: Այս ամենի միակ պատասխանը կարող էր լինել Հայաստանի և Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի շատ արագ վերականգնումը: Ենթադրենք՝ հիմա ՌԴ-ն ռեսուրսներ չունեցավ և Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան միասին ինչ-որ  արկածխնդրությամբ հանդես եկան, ինչ է լինելու, այն պայմաններում, երբ բանակը գնալով էլ ավելի է քայքայվում»,- ասաց ռազմական փորձագետը:

Նա նշեց՝ Ուկրաինայում տիրող իրավիճակն ուղիղ համեմատական է մեր սահմանների կայունությանը. «Որքան երկարեց ապտերազմը Ուկրաինայում, այնքան ավելի մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ այն կվերադառնա Հայաստան»,- ասաց Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս իրավիճակը որքան կտևի, որևէ մեկը չի կարող ասել:

Հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից տեխնիկայի կուտակումը և լարված իրավիճակ ստեղծելը ինչ միտում ունի. որևէ լուրջ հարձակման են պատարստվո՞ւմ, թե՞ հերթական անգամ փորձում են վախեցնել բնակիչներին, պատասխանեց. «Երկու գործոնն էլ այստեղ կա: Չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչ կուտակումներ են, իմ աչքով չեմ տեսել, բայց եթե այդ կուտակումը կա, ապա մի օր այն կարող է կռիվ դառնալ: Ցանկացած դեպքում այս խնդիրը լուծելու և իրական խաղաղություն հաստատելու միակ ձևը ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի ամենաարագ ձևով պոտենցիալը վերականգնելն է»,- ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Վերջինս համոզված է՝ եթե ռուս-ուկրաինական կոնֆլիկտն էլ չլիներ, միևնույն է, ադրբեջանցիները ակտիվ գործելու էին, քանի որ այդպես էր նաև այդ կոնֆլիկտից առաջ, պարզապես, ըստ նրա, ադրբեջանցիները ցանկացած առիթ օգտագործելու են սադրելու, բնակիչներին վախեցնելու և նմանատիպ այլ քայլերի դիմելու համար:
