Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած հինգ կետերն անհամատեղելի են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության գոյության հետ

Ադրբեջանական կողմը Հայաստանին է ներկայացրել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հինգ կետից բաղկացած առաջարկություն: Հայաստանն էլ պատասխանել է Ադրբեջանին ու նաև դիմել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբ՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման նպատակով բանակցություններ սկսելու խնդրանքով:

Այս թեմայի մասին orer.am կայքը զրուցել է Ադրբեջանահայերի ասամբլեայի նախագահ Գրիգորի Այվազյանի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով այս թեմային` Գրիգորի Այվազյանն ասաց. «Իրականում ես ադրբեջանական հինգ կետից բաղկացած նախապայմանները վերջնագիր կանվանեի։ Պետք է դիվանագիտական չակերտները բացել։ Առաջինը, նրանք պահանջում են իրենց տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչում՝ ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը, ինչը մեզ համար անընդունելի է։ Երկրորդ, նրանք պահանջում են «իրենց անկլավները» վերադարձնել, որոնք գտնվում են Հայաստանի կյանքի ճանապարհների վրա։ Երրորդ, նրանք պահանջում են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», խոսք է գնում նաև, այսպես կոչված, ադրբեջանցի փասխատականների վերադարձի մասին իրենց նախկին բնակավայրեր, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ տարածք։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ պայմաններն անհամատեղելի են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության գոյության հետ ընդհանրապես։ Այնպես որ, խոսելն ավելորդ է՝ համաձայն ենք, թե համաձայն չենք։ Խաղաղություն բոլորն են ուզում, բայց խաղաղությունը պետք է արժանապատիվ լինի այն աստիճանի, որ կարողանա մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի գոյությունն ապահովել այս տարածաշրջանում։ Իսկ ադրբեջանական այս նախապայմանները դա անհնար են դարձնում։ Դրան զուգահեռ Ադրբեջանը սրում է իրավիճակը շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով՝ մասնավորապես, Արցախի Արևելյան մասում, նաև Երասխի ուղղությամբ։ Այս ամենը չի խոսում մոտալուտ խաղաղության մասին, պարզապես Ադրբեջանն առաջին հերթին փորձում է իր ուժերը, երկրորդ, փորձում է մեր համբերությունը, թե ինչքան կարող են մենք հանդուրժել այս ոտնձգությունները։ Ադրբեջանը քարոզում է, որ ցանկացած պահի կարող է հարձակվել, քարոզչահոգեբանական ճնշումներ է գործադրում Արցախի բնակչության վրա, որ կարողանա դուրս մղել Արցախից և նաև դրանից հետո ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքին խնդրել, որ դուրս գան Արցախից, քանի որ այլևս պաշտպանելու բան չունեն։ Օգտվելով Ուկրաինայի իրավիճակից՝ Ադրբեջանը Թուքիայի դրդմամբ փորձում է դա անել։ Այսինքն՝ պատերազմը մեր շեմին է, արդյոք այդ շեմը կանցնի, թե ոչ, կախված է նաև մեր դիմադրողականությունից»։
