Վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու տեսական քննություններն ապրիլի 11-ից կանցկացվեն նոր հարցաշարով

2020 թ. մարտի 26-ի ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ, որը ուժի մեջ է մտել անցած տարվա հունվարի 1-ից, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը միացել է Եվրամիության անդամ-երկրների՝ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականների ներկայացվող օրինակելի ձևը, վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու համար տեսական և գործնական քննությունների կարգը, դիմումատուի առողջական չափանիշները և անհրաժեշտ բոլոր իրավական կարգավորումները սահմանող Եվրապառլամենտի և Եվրախորհրդի ընդունած հրահանգին։

Համաձայն նոր կարգի՝ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու համար նախատեսվել է տեսական քննությունների անցկացումը, բացի հայերեն լեզվից, հնարավոր դարձնել նաև անգլերեն, ռուսերեն, պարսկերեն և արաբերեն լեզուներով։ Մեծացել է գիտելիքների ստուգման թեստերի հարցաշարը՝ նախկինում եղած քննական 600 հարցին ավելացվել է ևս 500-ը։ Տեսական քննության 10 հարցի փոխարեն սահմանվել է 20 հարց, իսկ քննության 15 րոպե տևողության փոխարեն՝ 30 րոպե։

Հարցաշարի հարցերի ավելացումը նպատակ ունի հնարավորինս բացառել տարբեր հարցատոմսերում նույն հարցի կրկնությունը։ Խնդիր էր նաև վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու համար դիմած քաղաքացիների կողմից հարցերին մեխանիկորեն պատասխանելը։ Հաճախ էին դեպքերը, երբ քաղաքացին պարզապես հարցերի պատասխանները սերտած, հիմնվելով տեսողական կամ լավ հիշողության վրա, հավաքում էր տեսական քննության դրական միավորներ, բայց ձախողում էր գործնական քննությունը, որն անցկացվում էր նույն կանոնների շրջանակում, սակայն իրական պայմաններում։

Նոր հարցաշարերն արդեն ոստիկանության պաշտոնական՝ police.am կայքում են։ Հարցաշարերը հասանելի են հայերեն, անգլերեն, ռուսերեն, պարսկերեն և արաբերեն։ Նոր հարցաշարերի գործարկմամբ քննությունները կանցկացվեն ապրիլի 11-ից։
