Հանրապետությունում գրանցված հանցագործությունների ընդհանուր թվաքանակը 2021 թվականի ընթացքում աճել է 3777-ով: 2020 թվականի ընթացքում գրանցվել է հանցագործության 26468, իսկ 2021 թվականին՝ 30245 դեպք:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը:
 
Նա ասաց, որ դեպքերի ավելացումը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է գողությունների, ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները խախտելու,  խարդախությունների, ինչպես նաև թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործությունների աճով:

«Ասեմ, որ ըստ հիմնական հանցատեսակների նվազել են դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու դեպքերը 2020 թվականի 1024 դեպքից դառնալով 976, այդ թվում ծանր վնաս պատճառելու 224 դեպքից 218-ի, բռնաբարության և բռնաբարության փորձի 24 դեպքից 15-ի, բնակարանային գողության 1258 դեպքից 1192-ի, կողոպուտի 163 դեպքից 146-ի, յուրացման 525 դեպքից  473-ի և խուլիգանության 338 դեպքից 322-ի»,-ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ոստիկանության պետի առաջին տեղակալը շեշտեց, որ միևնույն ժամանակ աճել է սպանությունների թիվը՝ 2020 թվականի  50 դեպքից հասնելով 60-ի:

2020 թվականին արձանագրվել է սպանության փորձի 39, 2021 թվականին՝ 47 դեպք: Զենքի գործածությամբ կատարված խուլիգանության դեպքերը ևս աճել են՝ 86 դեպքից հասնելով 95-ի: Աճել են նաև գողության, ավազակության, խարդախության, համակարգչային սարքավորումների միջոցով իրականացված հանցագործությունների, տրանսպորտային միջոցներ փախցնելու դեպքերը:

«Այս համատեքստում կցանկանայի նշել, որ արձանագրված 30245 դեպքերից 84.1 տոկոսը ոչ մեծ ծանրության և միջին ծանրության հանցագործության դեպքեր են: Հանցագործությունների  աճի զսպման ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ տրվել են հանձնարարականներ՝ իրականացնել  հստակ գործողություններ և կանխարգելիչ ու օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ,  որոնք, ըստ 2022 թվականի երկու ամիսների  տվյալների, տվել են դրական արդյունքներ»,- ասաց նա:

Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ դեռևս 2020 թվականի օպերատիվ ծառայողական գործունեության ամփոփման ժամանակ 2021 թվականը հայտարարվել է ապօրինի զենքի և զինամթերքի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի տարի և այս առումով հատկանշական է, որ հրազենի օգտագործմամբ կատարված հանցագործությունների նվազման պարագայում, 11.4 տոկոսով աճել է զենքի և ռազմամթերքի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերի հայտնաբերման թիվը՝ 2020 թվականի 641-ից 2021-ին հասնելով 714-ի:
