Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին է ուղարկել հինգ կետից բաղկացած առաջարկ՝ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար:

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե ադրբեջանական մամուլում կամ պաշտոնական աղբյուրներում կա՞ն մանրամասներ այս առաջարկության վերաբերյալ` ադրբեջանագետն ասաց. «Մինչ այս Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս ասել է, որ իրենք խաղաղության պայմանագիր են առաջարկում Հայաստանին և այդպես են պատկերացնում խնդրի վերջնական փակումը: Գիտենք նաև, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի համար ղարաբաղյան հարց այլևս գոյություն չունի ու այդ տրամաբանության մեջ, իրականում, քիչ թե շատ գծագրվում է, թե ինչպիսին է Ադրբեջանի պատկերացրած խաղաղությունը, որովհետև Ալիևի ու տարբեր պաշտոնյաների հրապարակային ելույթներում դա տեղ է գտել: Նրանց համար առաջնահերթը, իհարկե, Արցախի հիմնահարցի փակումն է, այսինքն ապագա կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ որևէ քննարկման բացառում, և Հայաստանը, ըստ էության, պետք է ճանաչի Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Վստահ եմ, որ սա այդ փաթեթի կարևոր բաղադրիչներից է: Նրանք նաև հետագայում բարձրացնելու են ու դա մի քանի անգամ արել են տեղեկատվական դաշտում, այսպես կոչված, «անկլավների» հարցը, որովհետև եթե պետք է առաջնորդվեն խորհրդային քարտեզներով, փորձելու են դա դարձնել շահարկման առարկա: Նրանք, իհարկե, չեն հրաժարվելու նաև «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքից», որովհետև վերջերս կրկին ակտիվացավ այդ մասին խոսակցությունը: Այս «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հետ կապված՝ մշտապես հիշում եմ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի այն խոսքը, որ ասում էր՝ մեր տան Մեղրին աշխարհի մեծերին մեր դուռն է բերելու, այսինքն՝ դրա նշանակությունը շատ ավելի հսկայական ու կարևոր է, քան մենք գիտակցում ենք: Ադրբեջանի նպատակն է վերածել Հայաստանը իրենից ոչինչ չներկայացնող պետության, որը չի ունենա ուժ ու կարողություն»:
