ԵՊՀ նոր ղեկավարությունը որոշել է ամբիոնների միավորումներ իրականացնել, ինչի հետևանքով մի շարք փորձառու դասախոսներ, այդ թվում՝ գիտությունների դոկտորներ, պրոֆեսորներ, ուղղակի դուրս են մնում համալսարանից, քանի որ դասաժամերի խնդիր կա։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, միավորված ամբիոնների վարիչ են հիմնականում «նշանակվում» այնպիսի անձինք, ովքեր կա՛մ ընդգծված իշխանամետ են, կա՛մ գոնե քաղաքականապես ակտիվ չեն և իշխանության, ավելի ստույգ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ երբեք որևէ խոսք չեն ասել։ Ավելին, համալսարանականների խոսքով, ԵՊՀ ղեկավարությունը դիմել է նաև որոշակի խորամանկության. որոշ երիտասարդ դոցենտների և ակտիվ դասախոսների, որոնք ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեն, փորձել են սիրաշահել և տարբեր վարչական աշխատանքներ առաջարկել, ինչը, սակայն, կտրականապես մերժվել է։
