Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը (Շենգավիթի նստավայր) հետաձգեց ենթադրյալ կաշառքի գործով քննությունը։

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահի փասաբանական խմբից:

Երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը չի կարողացել ներկայանալ։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը դատարանին տեղեկացրեց, որ նախագահը չի ներկայացել այսօրվա դատական նիստին վատառողջ լինելու պատճառով։ Պաշտպանը ներկայացրեց նաև համապատասխան բժշկական տեղեկանքը և հայտնեց, որ նախնական տվյալներով բուժումը կտևի մոտ 10 օր։

Հաշվի առնելով նախագահ Քոչարյանի բացակայությունը՝ դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց մինչև ապրիլի 12-ը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 1998թ․ ապրիլի 9-ից մինչև 2008 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ը զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով «Թի Էս Էս Սի Արմենիա» ՍՊԸ միակ մասնակից և տնօրեն Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու, այն է՝ այդ ընկերությանը տրամադրված ընդերքն օգտակար հանածոների շահագործման նպատակով ուսումնասիրության հատուկ լիցենզիաներով ընկերության 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասը ՀՀ-ում ոչ ռեզիդենտ ընկերությանը վաճառելու գործարքին չխոչընդոտելու համար, 2008 թվականի փետրվարին և մայիսին Սամվել Մայրապետյանի օժանդակությամբ նրանից ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 927․000․000 դրամին համարժեք 3․000․000 դոլար կաշառք։

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության Արմեն Գևորգյանը մեղադրվում է այն բանի համար, որ նա, 2006 թվականի փետրվարից մինչև 2008 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ը հանդիսանալով պետական մարմնում պաշտոնատար անձ, վերոնշյալ գործարքի շրջանակներում Սամվել Մայրապետյանի օժանդակությամբ Սիլվա Համբարձումյանից ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 309․000․000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1․000․000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք և օրինականացրել է ստացված եկամուտները», – նշվում է մեղադրանքի մեջ։
